Federal Member for Capricornia, Michelle Landry, is pleased to announce the Growing Regions Program is now open for applications.
Not-for-profit organisations and government entities are invited to make to submit an Expression of interest (EOI) for Round 1 of Growing Regions Program.
Grants between $500,000 and $15 million are available to support capital works projects for community and economic infrastructure in rural and regional Australia.
Hard working Member for Capricornia, Michelle Landry, said more funding for Capricornia would deliver the infrastructure our communities need to be successful and grow.
“Regional communities are the lifeblood of Australia. Investment into communities through these types of funding programs delivers an immediate injection into the economy and supports more local jobs.
“Many organisations right across Capricornia have directly benefited through funding opportunities similar to the Growing Regions Program. The Coalition Government’s popular Building Better Regions Fund delivered millions of dollars in funding for critical infrastructure projects to numerous communities in Capricornia,” Ms Landry said.
